My Approach

Coaching is a collaborative partnership — and when the fit is right, the results can be transformative. My highest priority is that clients leave stronger than when they arrived: confident, capable, and equipped to sustain their growth long after our work together concludes. Finding the right fit matters, which is why every engagement begins with a complimentary discovery call.

My Methodology

My coaching practice is grounded in two complementary approaches.

Co-Active coaching — rooted in how we are and what we do, and the connection between the two — provides the depth to work with the whole person, creating the conditions for sustainable personal growth and lasting change.

Solutions Focus brings direction, building on your existing strengths, focusing on what's already working, and co-creating a clear path towards your future goals without dwelling on problems.

Together they allow me to hold space for who you are, while helping you move purposefully towards who you want to become.

Discovery Call

The complimentary 75-minute discovery call is a chance to:

  • Clarify what you’d like to focus on

  • Explore whether coaching is the right approach for you

  • See if we’re a good fit to work together

Coaching Agreement

If we decide to work together, I’ll create a coaching agreement informed by our discovery call, with a tailored offer designed to support you in achieving your goals.

Session Details

  • Sessions will last 55min

  • Online

  • A standard coaching engagement typically includes 6 sessions over 3 months, with the option to continue beyond that depending on your goals and progress

 

Coaching engagements are structured as packages, typically six sessions over three months. Investment ranges from CHF 1,000 to CHF 2,000 depending on the scope of our work together, your context, and geography.

I occasionally have capacity for a small number of adjusted arrangements — if this feels relevant, please reach out.
