I bring two decades of experience across financial services, international organisations, and coaching to every conversation. And I show up with genuine curiosity about the people I work with.
My Story
With over 20 years of international experience across financial services, stakeholder engagement, and non-profit sectors — including senior roles at leading global banks and four years at the World Economic Forum — I understand the environments my clients work in, not just in theory but from the inside.
I began coaching in 2016 after completing my Co-Active training at CTI, following my studies in social anthropology and philosophy at Oxford. That foundation in understanding people, cultures, and systems deeply informs how I work — with curiosity, empathy, and a commitment to meaningful change.
I'm particularly energised by the space where the professional and the personal intersect — where what someone is navigating at work is inseparable from who they are becoming. That's where the most important thinking happens.
Outside of work, I love spending time outdoors with my husband, son and dog — whether it's going for a walk, hiking in the mountains, or skiing in the winter. I also find a lot of joy in cooking, especially in exploring new ways of preparing dishes and experimenting with flavours.
As a coach, I bring a grounded, results-oriented approach — balancing analytical thinking with emotional intelligence. I'm here to help clients find clarity, build confidence, and move forward in a way that feels both meaningful and sustainable.
