My Story
With over 20 years of international experience across both business and non-profit sectors, I bring a unique mix of strategic thinking, operational know-how, and a genuine passion for helping people grow. My career has taken me through financial services, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership—always with a focus on creating high-trust, high-performance environments where people can thrive.

I began coaching in 2016 after completing my Co-Active coach training at CTI (Co-Active Training Institute), following my studies in social anthropology and philosophy at Oxford University. That foundation in understanding people, cultures, and systems deeply informs how I work—with curiosity, empathy, and a commitment to meaningful change.

I’m especially energized by the space where strategy meets communication and implementation—translating complex ideas into action and supporting others to do the same. My journey has included consulting, global economic research, and leadership roles in banking, all grounded in a commitment to lifelong learning.
Outside of work, I love spending time outdoors with my husband, son and dog —whether it’s going for a walk, hiking in the mountains, or skiing in the winter. I also find a lot of joy in cooking, especially in exploring new ways of preparing dishes and experimenting with flavors.
As a coach, I bring a grounded, results-oriented approach—balancing analytical thinking with emotional intelligence. I’m here to help clients find clarity, build confidence, and perform at their best, in a way that feels both meaningful and sustainable.
